如何选择工业滑升门材料？西朗门业就提升门的工艺标准及要求作简要说明：
1、门板：门板总厚度为40mm，双面0.5mm厚宝钢彩涂钢板，涂层处理自上向下为聚脂涂层、底漆、钝化层、镀锌层。正反面条形压筋加强门板强度。二层钢板之间充填硬质聚氨酯发泡料，密度约42kg/立方，导热系数小于0.033W/m.k。在安装铰链位置设有连续钢带，以保证铰链牢固安装。在5m以上的门板，每块门板内侧面设置一条高80mm加强筋以保证门板有抗十二级以上的抗风强度。

3、安全保护装置：

4、平衡系统：工业滑升门采用扭簧平衡，平衡扭簧根据门重负荷软件计算而设计制作的扭簧，使平衡达到较佳状态。扭簧材料选60si2Mn进口弹簧钢制作，确保使用寿命**过80000个循环周期。滑升门平衡轴为Ф25.4实心圆钢，在平衡轴上装有扭簧断裂保护装置，该装置能在平衡扭簧断裂时，防止门板坠落；提升绳轮为铝质柱形绳轮。

5、密封条：门洞**部及二侧均设置三元乙丙橡胶密封条，在门体底部设置三元乙丙橡胶安全气囊及密封翼，确保门体与建筑间的良好密闭性。
